In my opinion, this book can be viewed as an academic masterpiece, and I am sure it will be.

This book is more than academic, however, as Jim has managed to capture the real-life aspect I referred to earlier. Chapter 3 deals with emotional communication, a factor often overlooked in the corporate world today. If you are an entrepreneur or in the corporate world, take my advice and read this book with the greatest sense of urgency you have ever had. Social media has made it possible for the David’s to take on the Goliath’s. Jim has provided you with every stone you need to be the most effective entrepreneur you can be.
