You’re offered 2 investment options both starting with $500 – the first offers a 15% return and after 6 months of your contract, you have $450. The second option only offers 10% for 5 months which is a total of $250.
It’s a no-brainer, right?
You would choose option 1 …
WRONG!
Always check your investment plan. Does it give you a return or does it give you your initial capital back? Let’s look at the two options again.
Investment Option 1: $500 investment offering a return of 15% monthly until you have earned 200%. At 15% per month, it takes 6.7 months to get your initial capital back. Total after 6 months = $450
Investment Option 2: $500 investment offering a return of 10% monthly for 5 months and your $500 initial capital back in month 6. Total after 6 months = $750

These are my findings from participating in these two options. I suggest consulting with a qualified investment advisor before making any of your own conclusions.
